5. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is confirmed only when:
  • We verify your details (for Cash on Delivery orders, we may call/SMS to confirm), and
  • You receive an order confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or invalid/incomplete customer details
  • Product unavailability
  • Repeated refused deliveries by the customer
• If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, the exact amount should be ready at the time of delivery. Couriers may not always carry change.
• For online payments, we do not store your card details — all transactions are handled by secure payment providers.
• We may require advance payment for certain orders (e.g., high-value orders, remote areas, or customers with a history of refused deliveries).

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Standard shipping charges apply to all other orders.
• Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery at the provided address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the customer bears any re-delivery charges.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
